We were asked to organise an incentive in Porquerolles for a group of employees from the French company Art Immobilier Construction, a group specialising in new housing in the Ile-de-France and the South of France. Our knowledge of the islands of Hyères enabled us to optimise the day's activities so that everyone felt they had experienced an extraordinary adventure in an atmosphere of perfect serenity. Our role? To create the conditions that would reinforce the harmony within the group. Just a stone's throw from the mainland, the island of Porquerolles offers teams a complete change of scenery!
Our client asked us to organise a day exploring the island of Porquerolles. They wanted us to organise a unique and authentic incentive for a group of 38 employees. Our challenge? To bring a touch of fun and adventure to this incentive day in Porquerolles, to create shared memories. With our secret spots and good tips, we succeeded in making this event a very enjoyable experience for all the participants.
As an events agency, our role is to think of every detail to ensure that this moment of relaxation allows the whole group to share intense emotions.
All the employees were welcomed at the port of Hyères, where four comfortable boats were waiting for them. Once everyone was settled on board, we set sail for Porquerolles for a day of total relaxation. Before returning to land at around 7pm with stars in our eyes and memories in our heads.
Between dream beaches and turquoise waters, exceptional marine wildlife and a fascinating historical heritage, the Golden Islands are a promise of wonder for participants in the Porquerolles incentive.
Good humour is a powerful catalyst for stimulating communication, cooperation and trust within the group. So we began this incentive in Porquerolles by exploring a few secret corners of the island to discover the underwater fauna and flora using fins, mask and snorkel. Diving in the heart of the Port-Cros - Porquerolles National Park was an unforgettable experience for many of our colleagues.
We then headed back to the boats for the west coast of Porquerolles. All the participants then disembarked on what is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. They were awaited by our team of activity leaders, who had reached this secret spot early in the morning to prepare some water activities, which gave rise to some great laughs.
To round off this sunny day in style, we organised an ephemeral bar on the beach. The lucky guests who were invited to this incentive were able to enjoy a glass of rosé and feast on local specialities in this heavenly setting, with their feet in the water... A special moment for relaxed conversation, far from the daily concerns.
