At the request of Ingitech, a committed design office that supports ambitious projects throughout France, we orchestrated an unforgettable team-building day in the form of a nautical rally in Porquerolles. Drawing on our expertise and in-depth knowledge of the islands of Hyères, we carefully designed the day to offer each participant an extraordinary experience of adventure and discovery.
Our brief was to organise a team-building day for a group of 70 employees in the idyllic setting of the islands of Hyères. We came up with a truly immersive experience that would stimulate team spirit, positive competitiveness and cohesion within the group.
Our role? To think of every detail to ensure the success of an exciting adventure that will foster stronger interpersonal bonds, mutual trust and a spirit of camaraderie.
The first stage of this emotional day? The 70 participants embark on a dozen boats for a crossing full of promise towards our secret spots where they will spend some magical moments. Before returning to the coast at the end of the day with sand in their feet and stars in their eyes.
With their dream beaches and turquoise waters, exceptional marine wildlife and fascinating historical heritage, the Golden Isles are the perfect backdrop to surprise the participants in this sailing rally in Porquerolles.
Each team has its own boat and has to think and work together to discover places that only old sea dogs know. A unique way to discover Port-Cros Porquerolles National Park !
This nautical rally is also an opportunity to raise participants' awareness of the issues involved in preserving the fragile natural environment of the National Park, and to turn them into future ambassadors!
After the nautical rally in Porquerolles, which took participants to the four corners of the National Park, everyone gathered on a deserted beach for an aperitif followed by a meal. Our chef had prepared a magnificent cold buffet using the best local produce. The afternoon was then devoted to discovering the island of Porquerolles and the water activities in a convivial atmosphere before returning to the continent with plenty of good times to remember.
A day perfectly organised by the SECRETRIP team, which more than achieved its objective: to thank my teams and offer them a moment of sharing and relaxation. Thanks guys!
