A company contacted us to organise a team-building event in Provence: the Porquerolles island estate. This estate, which belongs to the Chanel group, produces exceptional wines of international renown. Our idea was to introduce all 25 employees to the hinterland of Provence, combining a sporting challenge, team games and a chance to share and enjoy each other's company. Just a few kilometres from the Toulon conurbation, the Massif des Maures offers an ideal playground for teams.
Our client asked us to organise a team-building day in a privileged setting. They wanted us to organise a unique, authentic team-building event for a group of 25 employees. Our challenge? To bring a touch of fun and adventure to this team-building day in Provence, to create shared memories. With our secret spots and top tips, we succeeded in making this event one that all the participants really enjoyed.
As an events agency, our role is to think of every detail to ensure that this moment of relaxation allows the whole group to share intense emotions.

All the employees were welcomed at the port of Hyères where four vans were waiting for them. Once everyone was settled in, we set off in the direction of the Col du Babaou towards Collobrière for a day of total disconnection. Arriving at our starting point, 25 electric mountain bikes were waiting for participants, areturning at around 5 p.m. with the sensations in their legs and the memories in their heads.
Between classified forests, steep paths, historic monuments and hidden farm inns, Provence offers a promise of wonder for the participants of a team building in Provence.
Good humour is a powerful catalyst for stimulating communication, cooperation and trust within the group. So we started this team building event in Provence by exploring the Massif des Maures on electric mountain bikes. Between rolling sections and more technical tracks, electric mountain bikes allow you to discover unique and exceptional landscapes. After a final turn, the participants had the pleasure of discovering an old sheepfold where a delicious breakfast awaited them! Discovering the Massif des Maures and its breathtaking views over the islands of Hyères was an unforgettable experience for many of our employees.
We then got back on the electric bikes and headed for the peaks of the Massif des Maures. All the participants then gathered around a unique site where our entertainers had prepared team-building activities combining sharing, collaboration and sporting challenges. These team-building activities in Provence provided plenty of laughs.
To round off this sunny morning in style, we headed off to a farm inn, accessible by footpath and entirely private, where a delicious Provençal aperitif awaited us: open fire, chestnut kir and home-made charcuterie. The aperitif was followed by a delicious meal prepared by the hostess. The lucky guests who were invited to this team-building event were able to feast on local specialities in this heavenly setting, lost in the middle of nature... A special moment for relaxed exchanges, far from everyday concerns.
